1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Invoice Adda ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Application.
2. License
Invoice Adda is distributed under the following license terms:
- Regular License: Use in a single end product which end users are not charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.
- Extended License: Use in a single end product which end users can be charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense this product without explicit written permission.
3. Permitted Use
You are permitted to:
- Use the Application for personal and/or commercial purposes
- Modify the source code for your own use
- Create invoices for yourself or your clients
- Integrate the Application into your own website or application (depending on license type)
4. Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
- Redistribute the Application's source code as a standalone product
- Sell or sublicense the Application on any marketplace
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
- Claim the Application as your own original work
5. Data Responsibility
Since Invoice Adda operates entirely offline and stores data locally in your browser:
- You are solely responsible for all data entered into the Application
- We are not responsible for data loss due to browser data clearing, device failure, or cookies being deleted
- We recommend regularly exporting important documents as PDF
- Ensure the accuracy of all invoice data, tax calculations, and business information
6. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Invoice Adda and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The templates, design system, icons, and animations included in the Application are proprietary and may not be extracted for use outside the Application.
7. Third-Party Libraries
Invoice Adda uses the following open-source libraries, each under their respective licenses:
- jsPDF — MIT License
- html2canvas — MIT License
- Lucide Icons — ISC License
- Google Fonts (Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans) — SIL Open Font License
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Application will meet your specific requirements
- The Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- The results obtained from the Application will be accurate or reliable
- PDF output will render identically across all devices and PDF viewers
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Invoice Adda, its authors, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.
10. Support
Support is provided based on your license type. Regular license holders receive 6 months of support. Extended license holders receive 12 months of premium support.
Support includes:
- Bug fixes and patches
- Answering questions about usage and customization
- Help with reported issues in supported browsers
Support does not include:
- Custom development or feature additions
- Third-party integration assistance
- Server setup or deployment
11. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled through the marketplace where you purchased the Application (e.g., CodeCanyon/Envato Market) and are subject to their refund policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
